Ordered the Rascal 850 by phone and the mobility scooter was delivered the following afternoon by a very pleasant delivery driver. Really excellent service from Smart Mobility who followed up with a helpful phone call the day after to make sure everything was OK and really useful advice was given on battery charging and management.
