From the first time of speaking to Balber I felt at ease. I was asked some questions as to what I was looking for I said a scooter to which he suggested a Sterling S425 for my height and weight to which I agreed. Balber said it would be delivered on a pallet but had to be put together I took the easy version and had an engineer put it together for me for a minimal cost which was worth it. After it had been put together for me I was shown how to use it, pleased to say it arrived before due date. From start to finish a great firm to deal with would recommend them to anybody for price, service and being helpful.
