I was looking for a power chair with elevation. I had seen a Jazzy Air power chair on You Tube and happened upon Balba at Smart Mobility.
Thank goodness I did. I’ve never spoken to a more helpful and patient man in all the years I have been purchasing goods to help me live a productive life with my disability brought on by Polio as a child.
As I was unable to see one and sit on it, he went through the measurements of the power chair and matched them against my other chairs. I measured my rooms and door openings and he was polite and caring about all of this and my needs.
I have now had my Jazz Air Power chair for 4 days and I am thrilled with it.
