Just received my Rascal Vision Scooter. Delivery was as promised and the service was excellent. I had the comprehensive delivery service and was very satisfied, the small extra charge was well spent. The scooter was ready to go right off the van and the representative spent quite a long time walking with me while I mastered the scooter and explaining the various features and controls. Since this is my first scooter I’d have been lost without it. I would recommend this service to anyone.
